Louisiana has already gone to Hell. Well, at least New Orleans has.It is god-awful hot and humid. Every form of debauchery is available about 24-7. Which makes a lot of sense when I stop to think about it.
California has no official state drink so I am going to suggest Bong Water as the official state drink. That or some sort of freaking mineral water.

I'll bet the reason you see milk as the state beverage so often is because of the powerful dairy lobbies in each state. Yeah and the powerful water lobby in Indiana explains their choice too.
Obvious choices IMHO:
Florida....Orange juice!!
Kentucky.....bourbon
Georgia....moonshine
Washington....apple juice
Texas....Texas tea
Wisconsin....MILK dammit!

There are many states with milk as the state beverage.... stupid dairy lobby...
I would think Colorado's would be Coors, no I am not bowing to the macrobrew industry and shunning Colorado's tasty micros (best in the US!), but Coors provides history and just speaks Colorado to many beer drinkers.
