Muffins

I have eaten muffins for breakfast twice this week - one blueberry and one banana nut. I must admit that banana nut muffins are probably my favorite muffin variety.

So, what's your favorite muffin recipe?

Now I want a muffin. A warm, fluffy cinnamon muffin.

I enjoy most muffins - But I really like gooey chocolate ones. Also, I enjoy things that are going to kill me someday.

Wow, only three posts - way to go Tom R! I have nothing more to add other than the obvious: I like muffins. All varieties...

Who doesn't like muffins? I find them irresistable and scrumptious.

Blueberry muffins can be too heavy.

I prefer donuts over muffins. Usually muffins are too dense for my taste. If I am eating a muffin, I like them sweet and and full of chocolate. One thing I've noticed over the past few years is that muffins at bakeries and coffee shops have gotten gigantic. When I was in grad school, I used to stop at a particular coffee shop for my fat-laden, sugar filled drink and get a muffin to go with it. I would always only eat half the muffin then and save the rest to go with my breakfast the next morning... it was just too big!

I like Blueberry Muffin mix at bar close.

To much trouble to bake them.

I like pretty-much all breakfast pastries. If faced with the options you presented above, there is a strong possibility I would take one of each.
