Cyburbia has hundreds of active members, yet is a strong community full of creative, friendly, and occasionally offbeat planners, planning students, architects, urbanists and other like-minded people who care about and/or help shape the built environment. Cyburbia Forums members enjoy a sense of community and camaraderie that is unmatched by any planning-related web site or listserv. We'd love to have you join us as another Cyburbian.

Welcome from the Great State of Ohio! Many planning programs have specialties in GIS, it really depends on what you want to do with it. You can also go the computer programming route, which is a whole different beast.

Welcome!

Hello from Huizhou, China!! You might want to get a Planetizen guide or ACSP guide. They have rankings of planning schools in regard of different specialty. I'm sure they have GIS.
