    I need to information about good village comprehensive planning in the US. Any ideas?

    What are you really looking for? There is little difference in good comprehensive planning for a city or a village. Are you looking for something particular that deals with issues of your village?

    I am looking for case studies and modules/models that I may use as a shell to develop a village comp. plan

    I haven't practiced there in some time, but WA state has plenty of resources for such planning.
