Interesting. Yeah, I saw a rendering of what the area will look like in some time..wow..really expansive! especially some of the high rise condos. I remember Katz saying the project is vital to accomodating Portland's growth. but, I worry about affordablility, becuase I'm sure the condos will cost a pretty penny.
