Its the first step in the direction I'm hoping to eventually go into. Start small and work my way up to bigger things like building acquistion. Actually the land is near Las Cruses, NM :-P. Going to Buffalo's land auction soon and maybe pull out a deal there. While I don't have the capital yet, there is this building downtown that I would love to have if I had the money. Right now I'm working on the plan to show to the economic development agency which gives out generous loan amounts, as well as banks and possible friends/family that might let me borrow some money.
