    I'm going to go out on a limb and guess Erie, PA or some other city with some sort of minor league baseball team, maybe single A, double AA, or even triple AAA?

    I'm pretty sure it's Binghamton, NY. That would be the NYSEG stadium home of the Binghamton Mets.

    We have a winner...

    jsk1983 is the winner. I had hoped that the "reverse" angle on the skyline would make it more difficult, since the front view from the confluence of the rivers is a much more famous view:
