    HUD Neighborhood Revitalization Strategies

I'm going insane trying to find resources for preparing a HUD approvable Neighborhood Revitalization Strategy. The local HUD office has not been returning phone calls, and the HUD.gov website is impossible to navigate.

Anyone out there have any solid leads?

I don't know if this would help, but it might.

Chet, check out the first page of this PDF document. I think you'll find what you're looking for - including the reference to the appropriate regulations.

This is a good overview. See the referenced statutes as well
