    Sunday Brunch

We need new ideas for brunch. We rotate between pancakes, omelettes, waffles, and eggs benedict. We need some help to broaden our menu, stat. Thanks.
    Annoyingly insensitive

Egg and cheese casserole. Whip up eggs with a little milk, add some chopped sourdough bread and cheddar. Add cooked sausage or bacon crumbles. Pour into buttered casserole, add more cheese on top bake 350 until lightly brown d on top.

We cooked pecan waffles with bacon and strawberries this morning. I'm full.

We recently found a fantastic little brunch place downtown. My breakfast consisted of (from bottom up): brioche French toast, slow roasted pulled pork, fried and runny egg, bacon, hollandaise sauce. It was Uhh-Mazing! (And although I didn't finish it, I surprisingly didn't need to eat again for a week.) I think I could pull it off at home for a special occasion.

In real/ everyday life though, I make something similar to Jen's suggestion in muffin form on weekends and grab one or two for breakfast on the go. Yumm!

Easy answer - watch Brunch @ Bobby's for ideas...

Anyhoo, I'll be here for brunch this Saturday if anyone wants to meet and fight (or just have a Bloody Mary instead of fighting).

Skip the food and just drink it. That's the real purpose, right?

We eschewed our standard brunch rotation today. Rather, we're eating from a meat, cheese, and French bread platter.
