    Commish Note:

It seems Cyburbia was out of commission for awhile.

So... now that it's back, I have 2:00 pm PST. So I'm going to give some grace to our next owner, should he need it, until 9:00 am EST tomorrow.

I'd be this fair with any of you, of course. (Except maybe Plankton )

By my watch, Repo Man's turn is up now. GeogPlanner is officially on the clock now, until 9:45p.m. 28/07/04

Repo Man can still make his pick anytime. (right?)

Uh, no. I thought he'd have to wait to the end of this round. Is that not right?

No. From the Official CFFL Rules:

III) The VIKING RULE does NOT mean the team waits until the end of the round or the end draft. It simply means we move on as if they'd picked. Once the team sees they missed a pick, they can select ANYTIME. Do me a favor if you have this happen. Put it in the correct round, put VIKING or I'M A SILLY VIKING or somesuch in the title so I know to go back and add your pick, and also send a PM. I'll insert the player selected into the current area of the draft (even though I'm HOPING no one misses an entire round!) if it's back a ways. The rule is to make people keep an eye on the board.

Repo Men select Marshall Faulk, RB, St. Louis Rams

Sorry for the delay again. Since I am in the Wisconsin northwoods I have limited internet access. The one time I went to an internet cafe yesterday Cyburbia was offline. Anyhow, I return to civilization today so the rest of my picks will be smooth sailing.

GeogPlanner/Tech Valley is officially on the clock now, until 9:45p.m. 28/07/04

Going out on a limb here with a receiver I’m not quite sure about, since Dillon was snagged right in front of me. He has potential, not personality.

Coastal Captains select Terrell Owens, WR, Philadelphia Eagles

Here's to hoping for few injuries, and having DUI charges dropped.

Oyster Catchers select: WR Laveranues Coles- Washington

Mod Note: You forgot to say that you're a silly viking for missing your pick!

Commish Note: I'm thinking of a rule change. You have to type in your post:

    "I'm a little viking, tall and stout;
Please make a pick for me or I will pout."

    Or it doesn't count!
