Lovely timing for this thread, considering that I'm going to the dentist this afternoon. I've got an old amalgam filling from childhood that is being replaced with a ceramic filling.

I just showed that pic to one of Mrs. biscuit's best friends, who is a dentist in Florida and visiting with us for a couple of days. Her only response was, "Ewwwww. I think I need to brush my teeth again"

How could 500 million people not brush their teeth, ever? How does anyone reproduce with anyone else who has never brushed their teeth? Ick, ick, ick
