    somewhere in Italy ?
    Oddball
Why don't you knock it off with them negative waves?
Why don't you dig how beautiful it is out here?
Why don't you say something righteous and hopeful for a change?
    From Kelly's Heroes (1970)

Are you sure you're not hurt ?
No. Just some parts wake up faster than others.
Broke parts take a little longer, though.

You and Mrs Tranplanner (hi!!!) are right! I thought this one would be easy. If you've ever been there then you'd probably recognise the Spanish Steps etc.

I had pizza for dinner at the little corner restaurant in the last picture

Mrs. Tranplanner (she says hi back) has had the pleasure of visiting Rome. Unfortunately, I have not.

It's great. Go at the next possible chance. Off-season flights are relatively inexpensive compared to tourist season.

I was in Rome for a long weekend in 1999 and loved it. Actually, Mrs. Mendelman and I will be going there in early '05 to visit her brother. He's studying to become a Catholic priest and his bishop decided to send him to study at the Vatican for the next four years. He can't leave for two years, so, if we must, I guess we're forced to go visit him.

    Great pics btw JNL!

I'm sorry. Is my bias showing?

Let's not be didactic in this profession, because that is a path to disillusion and irrelevancy.

    Six seasons and a movie!
