OK, we will add SNEAKY to the list of good planner requirements. As in:

Those people got exactly the community concept I thought they would have after we pitched our concept and I explained how I had designed it!
I can't deliver UTOPIA, but I can create a HELL for you to LIVE in :)DoD:(

Why don't you knock it off with them negative waves?
Why don't you dig how beautiful it is out here?
Why don't you say something righteous and hopeful for a change?

Are you sure you're not hurt ?
No. Just some parts wake up faster than others.
Broke parts take a little longer, though.

Now that I've given this more thought, is "great planners" a contridiction of terms?

The ability to suffer through the weak coffee made by engineers in the neighboring office.
You get all squeezed up inside/Like the days were carved in stone/You get all wired up inside/And it's bad to be alone

You can go out, you can take a ride/And when you get out on your own/You get all smoothed out inside/And it's good to be alone

    hi jack

beware...jack of all trades, master of none. get another field you are interested in and do it on the sideline. planning in the private sector is a cycle, and what goes up, must come down
