I'm on a brand-new committee to create and distribute a survey to our customers regarding our service. We already know the first wave will be sent out via email (developers have to submit plats online, so we have a built-in database of accounts). This is supposed to cover topics such as:
wait times :rolleyes:
accuracy of information
available materials (web page, paper, etc) :rolleyes:
Has anyone done something like this before? Any advice, examples, warnings would be greatly appreciated.
