    JNA buys a new car

Thursday morning go out to the car to drive to work there was a PUDDLE under it.
To make a long story short:
Found out the repairs would be 1/2 its value even as a trade-in.
so I knew it was time to give in so
    I bought a 2004 Saturn Ion 3 (loaded)
Boy did they give me a sweet deal between trade-in, cash down, and dealer incentive (clear out).

    Congratulations on the new ride.

Uh, remember to change the oil every 3000 miles and to check the dipstick before you drive off. It's the only way to explain what happened to my Isuzu.
    Batter up!

Tell me about it....when I was in college, I took my small truck into the local lube joint.....drove it back to the dorms and noticed a burning oil smell.....well....they left the dipstick out!!!!!!!!! Entire engine was covered with oil and nasty.....this just 1 day prior to leaving for Viginia to do some summer work..... Oh I was MAD and yelled at the manager for about 15 minutes while his moron crew cleaned the engine!! Truck ran another 80k and was great anyway.....(picture a 20 year old shouting down a 50 year of Grease Monkey and winning....)

Congrats on the new ride. I may be posting something similar soon as the $32 it takes to fill my old Explorer is taking away from money i need to save.
You get all squeezed up inside/Like the days were carved in stone/You get all wired up inside/And it's bad to be alone

You can go out, you can take a ride/And when you get out on your own/You get all smoothed out inside/And it's good to be alone
