I am obviously talking about starting a diet this week, so NO I did not meet my goal of 25 pounds by Memorial Day weekend. In fact I have gained weight...I quit working out when I hurt my shoulder and have slowly but surely been hiting the gym 2-3 times a week for the past month...want to get back to my 5 days a week...got my motivation back and am starting all over again...![]()
