For those of you who are lucky enough to have a CDBG entitlement: how many staff do you use to actually administer the grant? I don't mean how many people are involved with administering as defined in the regs, I mean how many people spend a great deal of their time with the real nuts and bolts of the environmental assessments, the Davis Bacon monitoring, the CAPER, etc. It would be helpful to know the size of the entitlement as well.
