UHHHH, that's what you think. I am divorced and have a serious relationship (friends with benefits) with a taken woman. So I guess I'm like available. I suppose it depends on how you define "dating"?

Divorced a few years ago but very happy in a long term relationship with a NIMBY

Married for just over two years. I was not very good at dating and am very happy to have found my wife.
I'm sorry. Is my bias showing?

Let's not be didactic in this profession, because that is a path to disillusion and irrelevancy.

So what you're saying is you guys are not in that reminiscing phase of the relationship yet. Well, I mean I suppose you could be it, it just might sound kinda funny...
"Honey, you remember when we just got married and went to that party and there was that clueless girl who kept hitting on you?" "uh yeah, that was last Thursday."
People will miss that it once meant something to be Southern or Midwestern. It doesn't mean much now, except for the climate. The question, “Where are you from?” doesn't lead to anything odd or interesting. They live somewhere near a Gap store, and what else do you need to know? - Garrison Keillor

Married for 5 months after knowing/dating/living with the same man for 3 years. I've still got that Newlywed glow!
"We do not need any other Tutankhamun's tomb with all its treasures. We need context. We need understanding. We need knowledge of historical events to tie them together. We don't know much. Of course we know a lot, but it is context that's missing, not treasures." - Werner Herzog, in Archaeology, March/April 2011

Married for a whopping 3.5 weeks. I think we've already outlasted one of Liz Taylor's marriages.

I went ahead and clicked "dating but never married" even though I'm engaged. I've been dating the same girl for 8 years. Not living together, as that would quickly earn the wrath of both our parents (no sense rocking the boat this close to the end). We practically lived together in college.

"Oh, that is all well and good, but, voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same way in any country."

    - Herman Göring at the Nuremburg trials (thoughts on democracy)
