There's a "Special" Use if I ever saw one.

1. Applicant must show that they are not using the kitchen sink for the home occupation.

We actually had a lady ask us this fall about doing this in her home in our jurisdiction. We told her we didn't think it qualified as a home occupation- that she could request an interpretation if she wanted to pursue it, but we thought an area suited for medical clinics was best.
Suprisingly, the health department said this would not fall under their jurisdiction for review. Kind of scary how little licensing these places require.

This home occupation would be allowed by our home occupation ordinance as long as it meets our cust per day, no outside signs, and other requirements.

The only things expressly prohibited are small engine and auto repair.

This is right near where I grew up, and there are certainly a lot of people up there whose colons could use a good cleansing, but wow.
As a journalist, I'm picturing being assigned to attend another boring meeting, walking in saying, "Gee, maybe this won't be so boring, they're going to show a vide---DEAR GOD NO!"

Some of the things that people come up with as home occupations are truly frightening. I can just see this woman’s kids walking into the ‘clinic room’ and asking their mom a question. Or the other audience members at the planning commission.
