    CDBG close out?

Has anyone ever managed to put a wood stake in the heart of a CDBG grant or loan? These things are pretty darn hard to close out, I think they are from the realm of the undead.

No...b/c I think that everytime it comes up...the job goes to the low man. I am no longer low man. Pass it on

What are you having trouble with? I've been spending a lot of time closing out OLD projects in IDIS lately, if that's what you're trying to do...

Indeed. I no longer have to deal with a lot of CDBG contract mess, but ask away.

I agree, post what you are having problems with, and maybe someone can help.

On the other hand, is it through MEDC? I have my own opinions on that, but not going to post it openly

PM me if you want, and maybe I can help (or at least empathize).
