I couldn't find a thread like this, so here's one now.
There are differences in time off practicies between the US, Europe, NZ, and other countries. What time off you do you benefit from, be it personal time, flex time, holidays, floating holidays, or standard vacation time off.
10 paid vacation days (earned in the previous work year)
4 paid personal days (earned in monthly increments)
10 sick days
10 paid holidays:
-New Years Day
-Martin Luther King Jr Day
-Good Friday (gasp! in government?)
-Day After Thankgiving Day
In all I get 34 days of paid leave per year. How about everyone else?
