Hello from Wales! (but at heart I'm a charleston girl...)

    Hello!

I've begun the tortuous process of choosing between Master's programs, so have joined for moral support. Let's see, I'm mainly interested in Transportation Planning Policy, and would like to work for a medium-sized town council on the west coast somewhere- Now, in the running are U of AZ, ASU, CalPoly SLO, UCI, Portland State, and UW. Any votes/suggestions??

    Thanks--

    Welcome from just outside Chicago!!!
I'm sorry. Is my bias showing?

    Welcome! I like you already.

I can't help with schools unless you're interested in a Canadian university.

Welcome to the fray.....I've heard that UW is more technical oriented....How about Chico State.....PARTY!!! I've heard U. of Minnesota is a great place for policy stuff......

Greetings from the Hoosier Riviera. Sorry I can't help with school choices, but SLO is quite scenic, if I remember correctly.

How, by the way, do you find yourself in Wales?

Thanks for registering and we look forward to your participation.

    Greetings from another Hoosier.
I am partial to SLO - family lived just up the coast from there.

    Thanks!!

Thanks for all the welcomes... the grad school decision is coming along, heard from 4 so far, on tenderhooks waiting for the last two... how will I ever decide? To answer your questions-- I went to visit an offshore island in Wales, and stayed for three years! So now I take my boat to work every day. Now if only the sun would come out...

Wales, Wales, Wales. I've been to Llangollen, Bangor and Anglesey. Caught eels out of the rivers and stolled the plush hills. Beautiful country.

Welcome aboard and don't be shy.

Indeed. And, if you happen to be blonde headed girl, have you ever dated a guy by the name of James?
