Trying every possible lead as to what grad school to go to in City and Regional Planning. I'm interested in transportation and stormwater planning, with a sideline in urban forestry and green infrastructure. I am also very interested in walkable/bikable design and infill development. From that perspective I'd like to know what schools you think would have the best programs in these:
MIT
UPenn
UMD
GaTech
Rutgers
Portland State University
Virginia Tech, Alexandria Campus.

I'm getting that debt is bad (as if I didn't know), but also that the city you study is is going to exert a magnetic pull on you. Which of these would offer the most flexibility for relocation to a different city in 2-5 years after graduating?

Your advice is vastly appreciated. I'm newly registered here, but have been lurking for awhile.
