I was thinking last night, after the problems of the Kansas APA Chapter, that it might be a good idea to form a chapter in the Great Plains. The rural places, small communities, and reservations of the plains have very different needs from the cities (mostly) on their fringes, and a small town in Kansas may have much more in common with a small town in South Dakota than it would have with Kasas City. I wonder if this idea has been explored before, or is it now the time?
