Check lists for new or going out of business

Do you have a checklist that you give out to new business and business that are going out of business that list all the permits and licenses from all the city departments to ease the process for business owners?

Also how much detail do you have based on the zoning district or type of business?

One of the business development bodies (state?) developed a CD-rom for each locality outlining the process step by step.

Not necessarily a checklist, but we provide a business resource guide which goes over those details along with the do's and don't's about signage.
