    Actual town plans with comments?

Is there a site in this forum, or on the net, that shows actual maps of towns (10,000 to 50,000 or 100,000 population) with zoning etc., and comments on the pros and cons of the town plan?

I'd like to see people post such plans ... they can do that to some extent by copying and pasting, but right now it's a bit awkward.

Many upgrades, such as a Web joournal system and a Slashdot-style discussion area that will supplement the bulletin board, are in the works. (Imagine seeing a PLANetizen news story, with an area below where folks can post their comments right below the story ... it'd be sweet.)

What's holding them up is the planned release of vBulletin 3.0. Right now, those features can be implemented through hacks, but when vBulleitn 3.0 is released (and installed), it's unlikely that any of the hacks will work without a lot of extensive recoding.
