Are you aware of special water/river front districts for small (10,000 - 20,000)resort cities? If so please let me know.
We have the RLD (Rural Lake District) in out town in upstate New York. Our town population is roughly 10,000 and we have 11 miles of lakefront, approx. 1/3 of the entire lake.
