There is a need for economic crisis response capabilities among cities and local agencies. Economic crises result from major employer layoffs, plant closures, industry obsolescence, natural and environmental crises, changes in government regulations or standards, buyouts, takeovers, market changes, and a number of other factors.

We are interested in a model other cities or organizations use to anticipate an economic crisis, provide response protocol, produce resources or contingency plans, and provide training for situations that may occur. Please e-mail me at (email address deleted)
