looking for research or researchers examining urban inequality from the perspective of measuring access through indicies
Research or publications which address methodologies or case studies concerned with assessing or measuring the relative access of different urban communities to a range of public services, and hence assessing relative disadvantage is of interest to me. Anybody who knows of publications or current research could you please advise.
we are currently looking into access (economic and physical) to healthy food in two lower income areas of London, using Participatory appraisal techniques, GIS software, and quantitative indices.
