Crystal Palace

Hi! I'm doing an undergraduate thesis in art history and I'm
looking at the devolopment of iron and glass buildings starting
with the Industrial Revolution and their influence on the
integration of interior and exterior space. Anyone who can
give me input on this topic would be greatly appreciated.
So far, I'm reading the book, Space Time and Architecture.
It's incredibly fascinating, but also very dense. Again,
any help would be appreciated.

The Crystal Palace was one of the first major uses of
steel & glass combined in a light building.
My sympathies to you for I am also working on a thesis--
