    Search for downtown redevelopment model

    The Township of Montcalir, NJ is currently looking to start a downtown redevelopment plan. Montclair is a suburb of NY City. The CBD was based upon a linear trolly system and train station. The station and trolly are gone. The result is a linear CBD only one block deeep. The Town popluation is about 40,000. I am looking for any simialr successful redevelopment plans in other cities.Thanks

    Have you seen the recent redevelopment in Santa Barbara, CA? Does it relate at all to what you're hoping to do?
