I'm searching for information on upscale condo owners (100,000 +), particularly the percentage of children in these developments. I'm the Community Development CDirector for a rapidly developing urban township in Ohio and am having difficulty convincing the County Commissioners that these types of developments do not generate large numbers of children. The Commissioners tend to focus on housing unit numbers rather than type. Thanks for your Help!
