    Crime prevention thru environmental design in zoning bylaws

    i am looking for information and examples of municipal
    zoning bylaws and development plans which have incorporated
    Crime Prevention Thru Environmental Design (CPTED) principles
    into their Zoning Bylaws. i need examples of the wording;
    whether they wered incorporated as guidelines or checklists.
    how are they monitored? what is the process? everything, i
    need to know everything. please forward any info you can.

    You may want to contact Dr. Diane Zahm of the College of Architecture and Urban Studies at Virginia Tech. I understand that she is very knowledgeable about CPTED. She may be able to help you find more info. I don't know her e-mail address, but you should be able to find it by looking at Va. Tech's web page.
