All of the fiber optic network information is proprietary. However, you can contact each utility company individually. I'd start by contacting the major phone company in your area. They can tell you who the major players are and the main locations of lines. Another good source is the commerical real estate firms that handle telecommunications clients. They usually have a good idea of where everything is at.
