    Marina parking requirements

Strangely, our county's parking ordinance does not specifically address the minimum required parking for marinas. What are your jurisdictions ratios for the minimum number of vehicular parking spaces per wet-slip?

"1 per berth or slip (exclusive of parking for on site uses)" All the marinas here were probably built before zoning so I'm not sure if any live up to that requirement.

"One space for each two-boat berth plus one space for each employee." Hmmm. I guess if you moor at the end of the dock, or in a one-boat slip, you don't need parking. Probably because them big boats have helicopters.
