I am compiling a list of retail stores and what there typical size is (if there is such a thing) for reference.
I know that Food Lion around these parts uses a 28,000 sq ft, a 35,000 sq ft, and a 42,000sq prototype or was the last time I dealt with them.
New Wal-Mart Super Centers in these parts are around 200,000 sq ft; I am interested to see what variation there is out there.
If you have any others, please post them.
A Canadian standard for "normal" walmarts is 110 000 ft with a design element that would typically allows expansion to 135 000.
