Congrats Big Owl - a new Little Owl

I heard through the local grapevine that Ms. Big Owl had their baby on Monday and everyone was doing fine. Sorry, I don't know any other details.

CONGRATS Big Owl. Hope to hear from you and all the details when you get back online...

Super news! Remember what Mark Twain wrote: "A baby is an inestimable blessing. And a bother."

Best wishes to all the Owls!

Congrats! Remember to post lots of photos.

    The Details

    The Name: Zorra Simone
Birth Date and Time: 2/6/06 at 12:15 PM
    Weight: 6 lb. 4 oz.
Lenght: 20.5 inches so please disreguard the less then 6 foot that i may have told some people

Well, on Sunday February 6th, We went to the Hospital thinking that Mrs. Big Owls water may have broke. She experienced a trickle, a very slooow trickle of fluid; however realizing that she is female; it could have been a number of things. So we called the hospital and they told us that they didn't think it was amboitic fluid but it could be, so we went to be on the safe side. We packed the car and headed over thinking that we would be back in time for the Super Bowl. We needless to say when we got there her water broke, hollywood style big gushing puddle. ...Snip to the good part.... Later the next day the baby came via a C-Section. Mom and baby are doing well. The big sister is excited and can't wait till she can take her to school for showing tell when they study the Letter "Z"
