    Fantasy Baseball Anyone?

Well, we've had 4 years of Fantasy Football, 2 NCAA Hoops Tournament contests, are in the midst of the first season of Fantasy Hockey....

...and with spring training around the corner, I'm wondering if there's enough interest for a Fantasy Baseball league?

I'd be willing to set it up on Yahoo, and organize it if we have enough interest.

So what say you Cyburbian baseball fans?

I've never done it, but am interested in giving it a try.

I actually like football, but suck at Fantasy Football. I hate baseball, but I suppose if I join this league, my team would actually win the World Series. I'll consider joining if the league is one team short and no one else is interested.

Nope, there's only one team for me. That could be treasonous, as I may have to select a Yankee

OK....a yahoo league has been set up.

Hopefully we'll have a subforum to the FAC created in the coming days....

I'll post a new thread on the rules, stats, gameplay, etc. shortly.

For now, here's how to get in:
You have been invited to join the Cyburbia Baseball League in Yahoo! Sports Fantasy Baseball.

In order to join the league, follow the link above or go to game front page, click the "Sign Up Now" or "Get Another Team" button and follow the links to "Join a Custom League". When prompted, enter the League ID# and password below.

    League ID#: 136346
    Password: cyburbia

We will send you a confirmation with further details once you have completed the registration process.

    Fantasy Baseball As In....

Z - as usual, interesting concept you've got here; that's "fantasy" defined as the our Colorado Rockies in the playoffs, right?

We're at 6 teams right now. The more the merrier....but we need to have an even # of teams to start the league.
