Why don't browser's have URL spellcheckers?

If every other software program or website can have auto spellchecker why don't URL search boxes? I'm sick of getting a blank page because I typed WeelsFargo.com instead of WellsFargo.com... Microsoft Word and Mozilla Firefox know I made a mistake so why can't the URL search box?

Alot of websites are actually mispelled. See what happens if you type "hotmale.com" instead of "hotmail.com".

I've fallen for some of those tricks - I found that the hard way in 7th grade computer class!

I guess I mean hotmale.com is two correct words but hotmaiil.com is obviously a misspelling. What a world we live in where this is a complaint eh?

I think it is probably because there is a website WeelsFargo.com. How would they get customers if the browser just continually changed it to wellsfargo? The internet is too vast and people are too strange.

That would be "browsers," not "browser's." Grammar check completed.
