    [NationStates] Your UN Categories

What UN categories has your country been in?

My country has moved many time between these three categories:

    Democratic Socialists
    Inoffensive Centrist Democracy
    Scandinavian Liberal Paradise

Sometimes your country will change categories not because of anything you do but because of a change in UN rules which apply to your country.
As democracy is perfected, the office of president represents, more and more closely, the inner soul of the people. On some great and glorious day the plain folks of the land will reach their heart's desire at last and the White House will be adorned by a downright moron. - H.L. Mencken

I went all the way from Left wing utopia at first to Leftist College state.. and Now I'm an Innofensive Centrist Democracy... In the past I was also a Scandinavian Liberal Paradise...

The turn to the center was good, since I actually don't know how I was a left wing utopia at first....

I started as a dictatorship, then settled at Father Knows Best state for a while, and just 2 days ago became an Iron Fisted Consumerist state.

And I finally ranked #1 in something - Most Corrupt Government!! Woo-hoo!

It says that I am a Inoffensive Centrist Democracy. As long as it is run by republican... I am happy.

I was disappointed that someone beat me on that. I've been a Psychotic Dictatorship from the moment I joined. I skewed some of my beliefs when doing the initial questionaire for more fun.

"Oh, that is all well and good, but, voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same way in any country."

Now I'm aiming for the Benevolent Dictatorship category... You know... King Skel wants to govern again, and constitutional monarchies are just for lame europeans... Well, Psychotic Dictatorship could be a good change too...

Now the next issue that mentions elections will make them illegal...

Screw democracy! King Skel knows what's best for Skeletonics

    I feel better now...

I moved back into psychotic dictatorship from corrupt dictatorship. All I had to do was execute a few political activists!

Now I'm back to Father Knows Best, but I don't know how I did it. Maybe I need to be even harder on my subjects!

I started off as a Corporate Bordello, was an Inoffensive Centrist Democracy for like 2 days, and now I am a Capitalist Paradise.
