Boston College and Wisconsin are my schools, but I don't think UW will get past the second round, but perhaps BC will make it to the sweet 16. *fingers crossed* After their roll in the ACC tournament this past weekend, I have higher hopes for them now.

That being said... I'd say Duke, UConn, Illinois and ? in the final four. I don't have the brackets in front of me right now.

Are we doing a pool on Yahoo again this year?

I'm an alumnus of West Virginia University, so I'd love to see them go even further than their Elite 8 appearance last year, but they're in Duke's bracket, so I can't see that happening.

    My Final Four:
    UCONN
    Villanova
    Duke
    and.........uhhhh Memphis
Prediction is difficult, especially about the future. :-o

Yes, that is Wichita State University you see in that bracket! Go WSU and KU!

    Who to pick

Hint: 3 of the Final 4 will be: Kansas, UConn, Texas

Digger Phelps (ESPN) said tonight, that the tourney is UConn's to lose, meaning that there is no forseeable reason they shoudn't win it all. That's who I'm pickin. I'm leary to ride the Texas train, but their region is weak. Two of the analysts also gave Georgetown big props and both have them in the elite 8, one has them in the final 4. Memphis is a very weak #1 seed and won't get past the 2nd round, they rely too much on the 3, and are streaky shooters. Just thought I'd share with you fellow cyburbanites.

Fun to watch around here -
Local grads from same High School making into the big time as Coaches -

    Chris Lowery - SIU
    Brad Brownell - UNC-Wilmington

Big article in my fair city's newspaper.

Why don't you dig how beautiful it is out here?

No. Just some parts wake up faster than others.

I scored about 85 brackets this past weekend and nobody amongst them had even one of those three in the Sweet 16. The vast majority in these parts have UConn and Duke in the championship. Gutless, I tell you, gutless.

I wonder how many people's brackets are completely busted with Duke out ?

Not mine (though 2 of my final 4 are out in Duke & Kansas). I have Villanova winning it. Still have UConn in the final 4 mix as well.

But you are pretty much done (won't win) if you don't have both teams from your championship game left, even if you pick the correct champ. Hence you're "busted".
I still got UConn over Texas.

Still have the possibility of 130 total points....but I need Memphis to lose to have my shot.

I am out... Why did Duke loose?

Heard on NPR; John Feinstein refer to George Mason as the Duchy of Grand Fenwick invading the U.S.
