    Street names beginning with E

I need some ideas. New sub division, help me out!

Street name beginning with E after Elk Lane and before Fair Rd.

    It will be (something) Lane.

Our road names are all things not people names.

This ought to be a fun game of sorts.

    Have fun!
It is all a matter of perspective!!!

How about the always exciting Elm Lane?

    or Emerald?

Does the winner get a free neo-colonial?

Euclid was popular within my area of south Denver.

Is there a naming convention we must adhere to?
You get all squeezed up inside/Like the days were carved in stone/You get all wired up inside/And it's bad to be alone

You can go out, you can take a ride/And when you get out on your own/You get all smoothed out inside/And it's good to be alone

Why don't you dig how beautiful it is out here?
Why don't you say something righteous and hopeful for a change?

No. Just some parts wake up faster than others.

In our fair coastal city, Ebb is the allowed E Avenue, between Dune and Fleet.
    Egret?
Elk and Fair are each one syllable words. Is that all that is allowed? If so, Elm is the obvious answer, and aphabetically apt.

    Easy
    Eye
Ember (fire department will appreciate it)
    Empire
    Emu

Exp Lane? A name that needs no explanation.

Why don't you sell the naming rights and make some money for the city?
    Ebay Lane.

As already mentioned, Evolution Lane seems particularly appropriate for Kansas.

Enema Alley, or Lane or whatever your heart desires

    Building on JMello's list...

Enola Gay would be my first choice.

That is what I was getting at, but I DESPISE multiple word street names, unless they contain East, West, North, South, Old or New. There's a whole neighborhood here named after confederate war heroes: Robert E. Lee Drive, Donand E. Gore Drive, etc.

    Some more:
    Edgewood
    Eastwood
    Estuary
    Empress
    Emperor
    Empire
    Easton
    Eby
    Earnst
    Eustis

How about Epic Lane for that McMansion feel (or just cut to the chase and call it Expensive Lane)? Or Erstwhile Lane for a nostalgic country sound? Or you could always go with Exchange - maybe you'd attract bank headquarters that way!

How fun - I never get to name new streets in our city!

I agree with those that said easy. I've always wanted to live on Easy Street. Unfortunately that it outside the confines of this discussion.
