Rumpy is thinking outside the box

Rumpy came to me with this idea for mass transit in our county.

That's clever of Rumpy. He could take the same ride to work that he does to school. How special.

After two weeks of operation the following comments were made as part of a survey:
    • The music is too loud, having large speakers under each bench is not a good idea
    • Having Snoop Dog as a driver is just to frightening
    • While we understand that buses make a lot of stops, having the driver stop at each corner to pick up money from the prostitutes and dealers takes too long
    • The hydraulics made me get sick
    • The only time the bus went faster than 15 miles an hour was when we saw the cop

Staff recommends continuing the service on a full time schedule!

I think Rumpy tried this idea out up here on his supervisor, and that's why he had to move to Florida!
