I'm not schocked, but I also have about 40% in the FAC.
But will this really have the affect of garnering more respect from APA, etc.? Most of the activity will still be in the FAC, even though the post count isn't affected.

Well, I think this is a great thing. Finally all of the post padding crap in the Random Thoughts thread is eliminated and the Clube means something again.

This was a good move, Dan. It'll definitely promote more posting in the serious forums and lend more credibility. At the same time, it keeps the social outlet in place.

I wonder how much of an increase in posts will occur in the other forums now? I ask that because I see what I consider to be a lot of number chasers in the FAC usually. I'm hoping everyone makes worthwhile posts in the regular forums and not short, do-nothing posts just to get a number.

However, as with all post count amendments, I think that this is actually a good thing. And like prana said, it'll force more postcount chasers into the other sections of the forums.
I for one, have been trying to post more with reagrd to legit planning issues.

As for my percentage? It was quite large. If you list my posts on the FAC, then that list will be almost as long as my-- well... it's long, we'll just say that.
