Is it worth it to complement a university education (Urban Planning and RE Development) with ULI RE Courses in Development? I'm considering this because my program is heavy on the planning and light on the RE Development. We have an opportunity to "specialize" with electives and I'm looking to get in some Finance classes there so I'm wondering if it would be good to get some development education from ULI, for instance:

For instance, I think it would be good if I learned Argus. Am I jumping ahead? Is it necessary?
