I would really like thoughts from municipal planners out there. I am supposed to be reworking my entire department and am having trouble figuring out who should be responsible for certain specific types of projects. So, in your municipality, who....
.... would apply for/adminster a grant to expand the library?
.... would apply for/administer a grant to build a new road?
.... would oversee a "buy a brick" campaign for a new park?
.... would coordinate flower baskets or banners in a downtown shopping area?
.... would work with a non-profit to plant street trees?
