Does anyone else get the feeling that perhaps these people - if they are telling the truth - may be entitled to vast sums of money from the coffers of Baltimore City Hall? I know this is a post with very little original text on my part, but I hope the MODS will indulge me because there really is not much else to say but, "WTF?"

    Totally agree with el Gaupo.....WTF?

It really bugs me to read stories like this (if true). Absorbing these stories puts so many people in a frame of mind that ALL officers of the law are corrupt, heartless, or ruthless. We know they are not.
