    Maybe not a planner

But I just started Zoning Enforcement position in a small resort type town. Backround (and "night work") is residential design.

Welcome from the Hoosier State along the Ohio River.

There are several of us in Cyburbia that have resort town experience.

Why don't you knock it off with them negative waves?
Why don't you dig how beautiful it is out here?
Why don't you say something righteous and hopeful for a change?

Are you sure you're not hurt ?
No. Just some parts wake up faster than others.
Broke parts take a little longer, though.

Let's see. My degree says "planning." My business card says "planning." I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express last night. Must make me a planner.

    Welcome from the Florida panhandle.

Greetings from another Hoosier, along the Ohio River, but in the Eastern time zone.

I have family in both Etna and Hanover, NH.

Thanks for registering and feel free to jump in. I'm sure you'll have some interesting enforcement stories for us.

Watchout for NHPlanner. He's a dangerous native.
I'm sorry. Is my bias showing?

Welcome, from a former NH planner now living and working amongst those who eat bark.

Welcome from a non-resort town in NW Ohio. Glad you have joined us.

I have some resort town background, also. I go to them and drink.

Watch out for RJ. He steals all the whine.
