Caption Contest - Friday Before Holiday/Zman Clubbbbe Edition.

As Z Man posts with reckless abandon in the Cyburbia Forums, many projects that cross his desk don't get the thorough review they should...

DISCLAIMER: This has been posted elsewhere in the forums, and is NOT in the town where I work... but in the town where I live...
You get all squeezed up inside/Like the days were carved in stone/You get all wired up inside/And it's bad to be alone

You can go out, you can take a ride/And when you get out on your own/You get all smoothed out inside/And it's good to be alone

Yesterday Mary returned home from a business trip to find that her husband had added on another garage stall so he could buy his new super-size motor home and eliminate her “we don’t have any place to store it” excuse.

She then informed him where he can put his motor home and left for her sister’s house.

Z-Man's new digs include a cozy front porch, an ample 2-car garage, and the handy weather-proof unload and storage area for the 89 bags of grass seed, the bag of puppy chow, and the fork lift.

You should see the toilet on wheels he has parked in there. Well, actually, he has it parked outside now...

...and please mail the package to my home address at 1224 Oak Drive, or if you prefer, you can also mail it to my husband's garage at 1226 Oak Drive.
People will miss that it once meant something to be Southern or Midwestern. It doesn't mean much now, except for the climate. The question, “Where are you from?” doesn't lead to anything odd or interesting. They live somewhere near a Gap store, and what else do you need to know? - Garrison Keillor

Inspired by his recent trip to Europe, John Q. Redneck decided to build his new RUGGED garage by substituting metric units.

"Oh, that is all well and good, but, voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same way in any country."

michaelskis decides a home in lovely Texas Township would better suit his needs than the condo in GR. Being an entrpenaur, so he has a part of his garage built so he can run an oil change place out of it.

    Vatican West!

Believe or not, this modest dwelling is the summer residence of Pope Benedict, which provides a welcome respite from those sweltering summers in Vatican City.

The variance for the elevation of the garage [granted 'on the record' and without protest, I may add] was to accomodate clearance for the "Popemobile" which the Pontiff will use during his stay to visit local parishes and to cruise Longmont for the periodic popsicle, a papal favorite.
