    Good news for men

17 beers a day keep prostate cancer away. Theoretically, anyway, especially when taken with pizza with tomato sauce.

For many men, a finding by Oregon researchers sounds too good to be true: An ingredient in beer seems to help prevent prostate cancer, at least in lab experiments.

The trouble is you'd theoretically have to drink about 17 beers a day for any potential benefit. And no one's advising that.

    I don't have a problem with this.....

To be clear- I think it was 17 beers a day AND 4 pizza's a day to have the benefit.

And sorry RJ- apparantly wine doesn't have the same effect.

Well... I remember researchers also said that other things were also good for the prostate... you know... playing solitaire...

But remember... if your argument is "I read it in the Internet", then it's not an argument...

Now, is there a connection between this and beer... (and other alcoholic drinks)... quite possibly...

I may suffer from alcoholism, morbid obesity and adult onset diabetes, but my prostate… clean as a whistle!

Anyway, RJ, I'll be sure to have 34 beers on hand next weekend, and a bunch of coupons from Pizza Hut...

Esquire magazine had an article on men's health last month which included the suggestion that A man should consume 10 oz of tomato sauce a week for better prostate health. Didn't say anything about 17 beers, though. Probably an oversight.

That's it, this study is so ridiculous (junk food is good for you) I had to mention the Orgasmitron.

    Is that even physically possible?
